She responded patiently, professionally, and thoroughly to all of my questions throughout the process. I just wanted to share the great experience I recently had when after eight or so years since Essig built my pool, my original pump  (which was installed when Essig built my pool)  broke.

I immediately called Elaine in Service who has helped me on numerous other occasions. As usual, I found her to be very knowledgeable in that she was able to explain to me the differences in the pumps available for my specific pool with its plumbing system and filter system, as well as a pump which would work with my automation, and was of quality.

Within a few short days, Ray, the technician showed up with my new variable speed Pentair pump. Ray quickly installed the new pump and programmed my automated system to work with the new variable speed pump. Ray patiently explained to me the benefits and differences between the new pump and my old pump and answered my questions regarding best practices for running the variable speed pump as this technology is new to my system. As always, Ray was super friendly and explained everything patiently making sure I understood. Ray has been to my house for service calls before and has always acted and a similar friendly, patient, and informative manner.

Selecting Essig for our pool project was one of the best decisions I could have made.  Stating with the initial design process, our sales rep Dawn was amazing.  She went above and beyond to help us make the right selections and stayed in contact with is throughout the whole process, giving us updates along the way.  Once the project stated, the production coordinator Heidy was just as amazing.  She move our project along ahead of schedule, was attentive, and communicated every detail as they happened. We got great support from Elaine at Essig when we needed help in dealing with a warranty issue with our pool. She patiently explained the problem, the process and how it would be resolved. She set up the repair date at our convenience. The repair was done 2 days later. I couldn't have asked for better and more prompt service. I highly recommend Essig Pools. Ask for Elaine! We are only in the permitting phase but so far, so good.  Essig is super professional and has a great process and system for their projects.  Definitely something that sets them apart.
